Branch Manager

Direct and oversee all branch operations, including product pricing, sales, distribution, and customer service while ensuring company policies are consistently implemented. Lead, coach, and develop branch employees by establishing schedules, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring performance to promote accountability. Review sales reports and operational metrics to evaluate productivity, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement and cost control. Determine staffing needs and manage the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of branch personnel. Establish pricing strategies based on market conditions and collaborate with the Director of Purchasing to maintain appropriate inventory levels and oversee cycle counts. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high levels of customer service. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility allowed around the core hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some travel is expected. Candidates must have fastener sales experience, a minimum of 5 years in inside sales, and valid driver's license.
