Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for the overall guidance of their district, implementing change, developing the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability, interviewing applicants and staffing, planning and delegating responsibilities, driving program implementation, reviewing district performance metrics, coaching operations and sales leadership, and ensuring compliance and customer experience excellence. Requires leadership across operations and service management, travel as needed, and the ability to obtain required licenses; benefits available from Day 1. Strong emphasis on people development, performance management, and delivering legendary customer experiences within a pest-control-focused franchise network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
- Five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent level position
- Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience
- Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Available to travel and participate in on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations
- Valid driver’s license/clean driving record
