Job Summary
Own and deliver sales and gross profit targets while managing branch costs and overall P&L performance. Oversee stock control, ordering, and profile management to maintain accuracy and minimize loss, ensuring the branch remains well-presented and fully merchandised. Lead and develop the branch team to drive high performance, enforce health and safety compliance, and coordinate logistics and transport operations. Work Monday to Friday in Dublin West, reporting to the Regional Director.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Branch Management experience within Hardware/Builders Merchants or similar
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Deep understanding of building materials and trade customers
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong operational and organisational capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Commercially driven with a results-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
