Job Summary
Branch Manager leading sales, business development, and branch operations for Surge Staffing in Kent or Tacoma. Responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, delivering persuasive presentations and proposals, conducting independent and joint sales calls, and guiding the branch team to achieve growth and profitability. Lead strategy, ensure operational excellence, drive revenue, coach staff, and maintain high standards of customer service and compliance; travel locally to client sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of proven outside sales experience
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, including prospecting, cold calling, presentations, and closing
