BRANCH MANAGER

Oversee daily branch operations by ensuring all policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local laws are followed while maintaining ethical standards. Manage 1 to 4 employees through continuous training on loan applications, counter operations, collections, and contract enforcement, while coaching staff to meet production goals for loans, collections, and expense control. Approve and close new, modified, and delinquent loans; handle legal procedures against customers; and distribute insurance claims. Ensure all reports, records, and correspondence reach the home office on time, verify monthly cash balances, and maintain a neat, secure office environment. Meet minimum loan business profit standards and minimize expenses to ensure branch profitability.
