Job Summary
Branch Manager at Sunflower Bank, N.A. leads the Los Angeles (Westwood) branch to achieve retail growth and profitability by coaching and developing staff, upholding legendary customer service, controlling expenses, and coordinating branch operations. Required Qualifications
- Two to five years of similar or related experience; banking experience preferred; supervisory experience required
- Proficiency with math calculations

- Demonstrate excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills
- Sales ability and persuasiveness
- Interpersonal skills to include trust, diplomacy, courtesy and tact
- Exceptional customer service, sales, leadership, teamwork and management skills
