Job Summary
Branch Manager with overall responsibility for a multi-million dollar revenue business at Sunbelt Rentals; lead a high-performing team across Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics; drive achievement of financial and performance goals; oversee unit’s operational and financial reporting; leverage leadership skills to build a successful career path in multi-unit or sales leadership; require experience in outside sales, negotiation, and construction/industrial markets, plus a strong grasp of P&L and financial controls; the role demands ownership, accountability, and the ability to train and develop staff while advancing Sunbelt Rentals’ service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management
- valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- 3-4 years of Rental Industry experience OR 1 year of Rental Industry experience with a Business Management degree
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience in outside sales or negotiation and influencing
- experience in construction or industrial markets helpful
- understanding of P&L and financial controls
