Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience in rental industry (1 year if degree; 3-4 years if not)
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of P&L and financial controls
- Experience in outside sales or negotiating
- Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful
