Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience in rental industry (1 year if degree; 3-4 years if not)
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Understanding of P&L and financial controls
  • Experience in outside sales or negotiating
  • Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful
