Job Summary
Directs daily parts, service, and rental operations at the Manassas, VA branch to maximize productivity and profitability; designs and implements business strategies, plans, and procedures to support branch performance; partners with the Sales Director to report sales outcomes and align cross-functional support strategies; develops and implements a comprehensive service sales program for construction equipment; oversees recruiting, staffing plans, and employee retention; trains operations teams on safety, customer service, discounting, and adherence to financial models; analyzes data and metrics to evaluate performance; maintains rapport with customers to foster long-lasting relationships; all duties performed within a temperature-controlled office environment with standard duties described; EEO employer who values diversity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
- two to four years related experience and/or training
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
- two to four years related experience and/or training
- MBA or concentration preferred (graduate degree)
