Job Summary
Branch Manager overseeing all aspects of personnel management for the temporary workforce, including payroll, recruiting, dispatching, and supervision of staff assigned to clients; delivers exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients; conducts site visits to ensure safety procedures, processes safety and accident reports, and manages risk; requires strong organizational and management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; responsibilities include qualifying temporary employees for work eligibility, assisting applicants through the employment process, and processing payroll for completed work orders; offers competitive base salary paid bi-weekly, profit share bonuses, quarterly safety bonuses, full benefits (medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD), 401(k) with company match, company cell phone and iPad, and ongoing training and development; job requires High School Diploma (College Degree preferred) and 2+ years management experience, valid driver's license to travel to customer sites, and willingness to work a rotating weekend schedule with some holidays; proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.
