Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for managing all operations and sales at the Williamsburg yard, achieving profit goals, setting pricing and overseeing pricing for the yard, maintaining relationships with customers, assisting sales with developing new customers and following up on leads, managing inventory and delivery, ensuring order accuracy, supervising yard staff and equipment, enforcing safety programs, and driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Requires independent leadership, ability to coordinate with credit and accounts receivable, and capability to plan and execute operational strategies while maintaining quality and service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of managing a profit-making operation by setting and meeting goals
- Demonstrated knowledge of overall distribution business
