Job Summary
The Branch Manager leads branch operations to deliver exceptional customer service and optimize profitability, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and implementing growth initiatives. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, enhancing customer experience, improving operational processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety, developing a high-performing team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve corporate goals. Travel to oversee operations and site visits is required; the role is office-based with an emphasis on leadership, strategic planning, and turning around branch performance in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or equivalent industry experience
- Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in devising and executing sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management
- Skilled in facilitating the adoption of new processes and technologies
- Minimum Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or equivalent industry experience
- Certifications: No required certifications: relevant professional certifications such as CSCP or CM are a plus
