Job Summary
Lead branch operations in the Southwest market, coaching and developing the branch team to achieve growth in deposits and investments while maintaining strong risk controls. Deliver exceptional client experiences with hospitality, leverage technology to meet clients’ financial needs, build meaningful relationships with local businesses, and uphold Chase’s culture and values. Drive performance through coaching, use of Branch Scorecard to implement growth strategies, and ensure operational integrity in accordance with policies. Travel for in-person training and meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
