Job Summary
Branch Manager in San Diego, overseeing a Chase branch to grow deposits and investments, manage operations, coach the team, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Lead with a culture of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence; leverage the Branch Scorecard to drive deposit/investment growth; build strong client relationships; develop staff through coaching and learning; engage with the local business community; maintain a strong risk and control environment in accordance with policies. Must be able to work weekend/evening hours and lead a high-performing branch team in a fast-paced retail banking setting; role requires safeguarding client and company assets and coordinating with technology-enabled banking solutions. Requires 2+ years of management/leadership in retail banking and a high school degree or GED; college degree preferred and successful completion of required training; travel for training/meetings may be required; employment contingent on background/credit/NMLS considerations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
