Job Summary
Branch Manager in Farmington Hills, MI at JPMorgan Chase. Lead and manage all branch operations, drive growth in deposits and investments, coach and develop the branch team, build strong client relationships, ensure risk and control integrity, and engage with the local community. Responsibilities include setting a clear vision for the team, using the Branch Scorecard to identify growth strategies, delivering exceptional client service, promoting staff learning and development, and leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences. Requires leadership track record, multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel for training. Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
