Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for leading the Chase branch team, growing deposits and investments, managing branch operations, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional client service. Drive growth through risk-aware leadership, foster community relationships, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and leverage banking technology to serve clients. Strong focus on developing a high-performing team, maintaining operational integrity, and representing the brand with hospitality and service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- Willingness to travel as required for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state
- Preferred college degree or military equivalent

- Criminal conviction history review and NMLS/SAFE Act compliance as part of employment conditions
