Job Summary
Lead branch operations and team to grow deposits and investments, deliver exceptional client experiences, coach staff, and ensure a strong risk and control environment. Build relationships with local businesses, engage with the community, and collaborate with experts to meet clients' financial needs using Chase’s banking solutions and technology. Drive branch performance through coaching, strategic planning, and utilization of the Branch Scorecard, while working with weekends and evenings as needed and completing Branch Manager Training and travel for in-person sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
