Job Summary
Branch Manager for Concrete and Construction Supply responsible for total branch operations across multiple locations, including inventory accuracy, warehouse standards, order picking, and delivery performance. Leads a high-volume distribution environment, manages a multi-department setup, coaches a cross-functional team (including Assistant Branch Manager, Showroom, Logistics, Warehouse, Operations) and drives revenue growth through client relationships and performance improvements. Oversees sales activities at the counter and showroom, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains KPI-driven operations with focus on process improvements in inventory, warehousing, and distribution. Located in Norcross, GA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B concrete and construction supply distribution experience
- A proven track record of success in B2B distribution sales, especially with brick and mortar retail sales
- Experience operating in a high-volume, multi-branch distribution environment
- Experience managing inventory, logistics, and multiple product lines at scale
- Hands-on experience leading sales and operational teams
- Experience being fully responsible for and owning branch performance and operations
- Experience selling to customers through the sales counter and showroom
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the concrete and broader construction supply industries
- A track record of building structure, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing systems that actually stick
- A background in customer service, leadership, and team coaching
