Job Summary
Lead and develop branch operations for SIXT across budgets, sales, and market penetration while managing a fleet and ensuring top-quality service. Drive revenue and profitability, supervise Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews, recruit new team members with Talent, and coach other managers in recruitment. Oversee vehicle fleet, health and safety, and operational tasks; ensure premium customer service, handle complaints, and collaborate with regional managers to optimize processes. Proficiency in supervising teams, strong communication, and the ability to work in the United States are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) years of experience in sales and customer service, plus 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental)
