Lead and develop a branch, manage budgets and fleet, drive revenue and profitability across multiple branches, recruit and coach Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents; ensure premium customer service, handle complaints, optimize processes with regional managers, and leverage leadership and supervisory skills to drive branch success. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and several years of sales/customer service experience with supervisory background; must be authorized to work in the United States; require valid driver's license and ability to work day/evening shifts.
