Job Summary
Lead your team, manage the fleet, and ensure top-quality service by driving budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches to increase revenue and profitability. Recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team, coach other managers, and conduct regular performance reviews for Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents. Oversee operational tasks including health and safety, corporate CI, and defleets while handling complaints and optimizing processes with regional managers to maintain a premium customer service culture. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
- 2 years in a supervisory role
- 5 years work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental
- relevant experience

- ability to communicate in other languages

- highly organized
