Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in the heavy automotive or related field
- Effective communication and team building capability
- Knowledge of delivering branch sales plans and associated initiatives
- Confidence with financials, understanding branch performance, budgets, profit and loss and commercial levers
- Experience engaging with customers in both B2B and B2C environments
