Branch Manager responsible for managing the branch’s sales, service and operations; lead a team to achieve budgeted production goals; drive business development through high-value consumer and business customers; coordinate referrals to partners, recruit and develop staff, and build customer relationships while adhering to OCR guidelines and bank policies; maintain knowledge of products and services, technology, and regulatory requirements; engage in community relationships and internal partnerships; oversee staffing, risk, and operational performance; demonstrate banking and leadership skills, and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
