Branch Manager responsible for the overall performance, operations, and customer experience of a Shearer Supply branch supporting the sale and distribution of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies; leads branch operations, inventory management, safety, and professional customer service; collaborates with Territory Managers to support dealer growth and market expansion; drives branch sales, margin, and operational efficiency while maintaining accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and a safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC distribution, inside sales, outside sales, or contracting strongly preferred
