Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team success at the Fayetteville, NC branch. Drive branch growth through deposits, lending, new member acquisition, and referrals while building strong relationships with members, local businesses, and community organizations. Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance with credit union policies; analyze branch performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals; resolve member concerns and champion outstanding service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) preferred
- 3 years of Leadership Experience required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ability to obtain an NMLS license within 45 days of hire
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
