Job Summary
Direct and oversee all branch operations, including Mitigation and Reconstruction services, while maintaining full accountability for branch financial performance. Manage budgets, forecasting, job costing, and operating expenses to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Lead, mentor, and develop department managers, conduct performance reviews, and build a culture centered on accountability and results. Partner with sales teams to support revenue growth and strengthen relationships with customers, insurance partners, and vendors. This role offers the opportunity to lead an established restoration operation with autonomy to influence performance and drive long-term business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience within restoration, construction, or related service industries
- Demonstrated success managing branch operations, business units, or multiple departments
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability, and operational metrics
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
- Proven ability to build teams, develop leaders, and drive accountability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading mitigation and reconstruction operations preferred
- Experience with Xactimate and restoration industry systems preferred
- IICRC certifications are a plus
