Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations across mitigation and reconstruction divisions with full accountability for branch performance. Manage a team of 40–50 employees, including techs, project managers, and estimators, while building leadership underneath. Maintain 24/7 emergency response readiness and ensure mitigation files close within 30 days. Run reconstruction backlogs with strict work-in-progress discipline to prevent jobs from stalling. Own critical relationships with adjusters, agents, plumbers, property managers, and TPA programs. Establish standards for safety, documentation, and estimating integrity. Requires 5+ years in restoration or insurance repair with branch management experience. Full-time role with company vehicle, phone, and laptop provided.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in restoration or insurance repair
- at least 3 running a branch, division, or team of your own
- knowledge of Xactimate
- knowledge of what a TPA scorecard is
- ability to fight (politely) with a carrier over a supplement
- ability to read a WIP report and identify lying jobs
- experience hiring, training, and keeping technicians
- comfort being the person the phone finds at 2 a.m. when a CAT event hits
