Job Summary
Lead branch operations, optimize member experience, and drive business development through exceptional people leadership and strategic execution. Deliver on financial objectives and performance targets while developing, coordinating, and monitoring branch activities to ensure high-quality service delivery. Build visibility and brand awareness to strengthen community presence, leveraging Vancity's full suite of products to meet member needs. Coach staff to achieve excellence in advice and service, analyze operational processes for continuous improvement, and diagnose issues to identify effective solutions. Support a culture of accountability and member-centric service within the new Sen̓áḵw Village branch, which serves as the Centre of Indigenous Banking. This Full-time, Permanent role reports to the Senior Regional Director, Inclusive Banking, with a salary range of $108,500 to $134,085 per annum.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of people‐management experience in a financial services environment
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience with demonstrated measurable outcomes
- At least 5 years of overall experience in the financial industry or a related field
- Strong business acumen and applied knowledge of financial products, advice, and service delivery
- Strong understanding of financial services operations, products, advice, and service delivery
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

- IFIC/CSC, CFP-eligible coursework, or coaching training
