Branch Manager

Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees while maintaining office cash with accuracy and security. Meet goals by providing outstanding customer service over the phone and in-person, ensuring prompt and accurate completion of loan processes and income tax returns. Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities, while ensuring compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies. This role requires previous management, customer service, and finance experience, including knowledge of lending regulations and a valid driver's license with a reliable automobile.
