Job Summary
Oversee the management of a new branch with a focus on growth and expansion, including training staff and ensuring adherence to safety policies. Conduct regular client visits to educate customers on services, complete sales contracts, and follow up on leads. Prospect potential customers through direct methods like cold-calling and networking, while gathering market data on pricing and client needs. Build profitable business partnerships, maintain accurate equipment inventory, and ensure standardized contract terms are followed. Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a self-starter with commercial security or equipment rental experience to drive business in the Washington market.
Required Qualifications
- A self-starter who is driven and motivated to work independently with little oversight
- Experience managing and building a team
- Experience in business development and working in a fast-paced, results-driven competitive environment
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to build strong relationships with customers, problem solve, and quickly develop solutions
- Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills
- Sound decision making and strategic thinking
- A background in inventory/project management
- Clean driving record
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
