Job Summary
Lead a branch team to drive sales, service, and operational excellence in the Denver metro area; responsible for coaching staff, managing performance, and delivering tailored consumer and business banking solutions to deepen relationships and grow primary bank relationships. Partner with internal sales colleagues to coordinate Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending experiences, while balancing growth with risk controls and regulatory compliance. Focus on building a high-performing, inclusive culture, identifying customer financial needs, and using digital options to enhance the customer experience. Office-based role with travel as needed and weekend scheduling requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
