Job Summary
Branch Manager/Business Development Officer drives sales for the branch across retail, commercial, and Pioneer Wealth Management by leading strategy with the Market Leader, coaching staff, ensuring operational compliance, and developing client relationships. Responsible for achieving sales goals, promoting Pioneer Bank and Pioneer Wealth Management products, soliciting commercial and retail business, mentoring branch staff, monitoring adherence to bank policies, and fostering community involvement to enhance visibility and growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3 years financial industry experience including supervision
- proven sales abilities and goal attainment
- ability to travel and transportation for short notice
