Job Summary
Manage all regional office operations, including routine audits, fiduciary duties, and forecasting team schedules for adequate daily coverage. Lead and develop staff through regular coaching, mentorship, and training while holding the team accountable for service level agreements and accurate work. Drive membership expansion by networking with local fire stations, unions, and professional organizations to improve the financial lives of the Fire Family. Handle member escalations by researching inquiries and coordinating resolutions across departments. Effectively manage lending and deposit pipelines to attain production goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a branch manager or a financial services branch representative
- Experience supervising or managing employees
- Experience with sales and operations at a financial institution
- All candidates must be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment in accordance with credit union regulatory requirements
