Job Summary
Manage a staff of 10-15 employees and oversee profit and loss responsibilities for the branch. Develop and maintain relationships with customers while ensuring a productive, engaging work environment. Handle fleet management duties and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This role requires demonstrated branch management experience, P&L accountability, and previous heavy equipment dealership or rental experience. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, high-level organization, and broad fleet knowledge. Required Qualifications
