Job Summary
Lead the branch team by sharing a clear vision, coaching employees, and celebrating successes to boost morale. Grow deposits and investments while leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies for success. Prioritize understanding client needs to build lasting relationships and trust, representing the brand with hospitality and cutting-edge financial technology. Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and actively engage with the community. Ensure a strong risk and control environment by following policies and procedures with integrity. Complete the Branch Manager Training Program before placement and be available for required travel for in-person training and meetings.

- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program
- be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings
- some travel may be out-of-state
- demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position
- no felony conviction within the last seven years
- compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
- register on NMLS, or to update your existing registration
- grant access to and reflect your employment with JPMorganChase
- compliance with the SAFE Act
- successful registration immediately after your start date
- timely completion of annual renewal and required updates thereafter
