Job Summary
Branch Manager SAFE Act role overseeing branch sales, service, and risk controls; lead a team to grow sales and client base, develop business strategies, manage staff performance and training, ensure compliance and internal audit readiness, recruit and develop personnel, and execute planning to meet annual branch goals. Requires 5-8 years of experience, banking/financial industry familiarity, proven leadership, and a Bachelor's degree. The position is full-time based in Fresno, CA with Citi benefits.
