Job Summary
Branch Manager in Rochester, NY responsible for leading branch operations, growing deposits and investments, and coaching a high-performing team. Build and maintain client relationships, deliver hospitality and local community engagement, and drive branch performance using the Branch Scorecard. Ensure a strong risk and control environment, adherence to policies, and effective use of technology to enhance client and staff experiences. Requires management experience in retail banking, ability to work extended hours including weekends, and completion of required regulatory and training processes (NMLS/Safe Act) as part of JPMorgan Chase's qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- Willingness to travel for training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators; NMLS registration requirement or update after employment
