Job Summary
Branch Manager will oversee and coordinate day-to-day branch operations in Rochester, MN, including planning and organizing activities related to production and operations, analyzing productivity and performance data, addressing customer complaints, enforcing safety and company policies, evaluating route performance, conducting timely employee evaluations, leading weekly meetings, hiring/training/disciplining staff, and identifying labor needs to meet production goals. Periodic travel may be required. Must have strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with Associate's degree preferred. CDL Class A or company-paid CDL training is required, along with the ability to pass a DOT physical and lift heavy items as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree in Business Management or Operations Management or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in the transportation industry and leadership preferred
- Valid CDL Class A driver's license OR company-paid CDL training program
- Ability to pass a DOT physical exam
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Proficient with computer-based management systems and Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
