Job Summary
Drive branch sales revenue and operational excellence through targeted coaching, performance management, and enforcement of service standards. Manage daily operations including staffing, security, and technology systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely team training on new products. Lead business development by establishing local partnerships, representing the organization in community events, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize member financial wellness. Mentor the Assistant Branch Manager for advancement and foster a culture of accountability focused on member satisfaction and branch profitability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Services Sales and Service
- 1+ years of experience in a Leadership role
- Demonstrated process improvement and problem-solving skills
- Strong Mathematical and logic skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated capability to multi-task with a smile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Advanced customer service skills with capability to de-escalate situations professionally
- Grit; willing to do what is takes to get the job done right
- Ability to be registered through the Nationwide Mortgage Lending System and Registry (NMLS)
- Registered and serve as a Notary Public
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
- 1+ years Cash handling experience
