Job Summary
Execute branch operations and firm initiatives set by the Director, National Sales. Recruit advisor teams meeting Richardson Wealth standards while supervising daily and monthly trades. Review and approve all new account documentation, trade corrections, marketing correspondence, financial plans, and investment policy statements. Manage the rollout of insurance and banking initiatives while monitoring branch and advisor financials. Requires a university degree, CIRO licensing, and minimum three years in a full-service brokerage environment with compliance supervision experience. Salary compensation applies.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Must be licensed with CIRO as Registered Representative (RR), Branch Manager and Options Supervisor Course (OSC)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a full service brokerage environment, including compliance supervision experience
- Successful track record of competitive recruiting
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Use of Dataphile
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Use of Reuters
