Job Summary
The Branch Manager will ensure the achievement of disbursement targets while managing delinquency. Responsibilities include identifying Joint Liability Groups, disbursing loans, enabling business growth by developing teams for market penetration, assessing client bases, and managing loan repayments and delinquency. The role requires building strong client relationships and maintaining portfolio quality. Key skills necessary are relationship management, business sourcing, flair for sales, and an understanding of customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Fresher to maximum of 5yrs exp + as a sales officer in microfinance business
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred.
