Job Summary
The Branch Manager will ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency through identifying Joint Liability Groups and managing loans to target customers. Responsibilities include enabling business growth, developing and managing teams, assessing potential client bases, managing loan disbursements, repayments, and delinquency, and maintaining portfolio quality. The role requires strong client relationship building both internally and externally, and entails regular field visits and meetings. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree in any discipline and possess a flair for sales and understanding of customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Freshers to maximum of 5 years experience as a sales officer in microfinance business
- Flair for sales
- Strong relationship management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding about Microfinance business
- Understanding of JLG model working
