Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring the achievement of disbursement targets while managing delinquency. This role involves building Joint Liability Groups, disbursing loans tailored to target customers and geographies, and enabling business growth by overseeing teams across assigned territories. Key responsibilities include managing disbursement, repayment, and delinquency, achieving collections targets, following up on loans, conducting field visits and meetings, and maintaining portfolio quality by tracking dues and delinquency. Strong client relationship management is essential. Qualifications include a graduation degree in any discipline and experience as a sales officer in microfinance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline
- Experience as a sales officer in microfinance business (fresher to maximum of 5 years)
- Relationship management

- Understanding critical attributes of customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred.
