Job Summary
Manage the entire restaurant team, maintain operational standards, and safeguard assets while ensuring superior customer service and brand integrity. Direct, coordinate, and monitor all sales operations to increase profitability and market share, while managing staff performance, welfare, and discipline. Lead day-to-day supervision of business operations for the Debonairs Pizza brand across the network. Requires BGCSE/Form 5 or higher, three years of restaurant management experience, and financial acumen. Flexible shifts including weekends and evenings are mandatory. Required Qualifications
- BGCSE/Form 5 or higher
- At least 3 years of restaurant management experience within a 'great' customer service environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including people, product, and customer processes
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Financial and business acumen
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Able to work flexible shifts - including weekends, holidays & evenings
