Branch Manager - Residential and Commercial Fire, Water, and Wind Restoration and Reconstruction

Lead daily restoration and reconstruction operations, manage branch P&L, job costing, and budgets, and ensure insurance carrier compliance, estimating accuracy, and cycle times. Build relationships with adjusters, carriers, and referral partners while recruiting, training, and leading branch staff. Ensure safety, quality, and ServiceMaster brand standards are met across residential and commercial losses. This role requires 5+ years of restoration or construction leadership experience, strong insurance carrier and claims workflow knowledge, and Xactimate proficiency.
