Branch Manager (Regular - M)

Branch Manager responsible for leading a retail branch serving retail and commercial market segments in a high-growth area; provide leadership to branch sales and operations teams to achieve annual sales, growth targets, and branch performance metrics; oversee loans/financing, wealth, bancassurance, deposit products, and capital/market investments; develop and manage the branch sales and operations plan, set and monitor sales targets, coach staff, maintain competitive awareness, ensure cross-selling and deep selling across conventional and Islamic products, approve quality credits, and build a network with Affluent/HNI and SME clients; ensure customer service standards, address complaints, and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures; empower hiring and promotion decisions, staff development, and uphold core values of the bank.
