Job Summary
Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Temple, TX branch location, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations as well as ACHC standards and agency policies. The role provides leadership and coordination of services to clinical and non-clinical personnel within the branch to ensure services are delivered appropriately, overseeing branch operations, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The position requires RN licensure, nursing education, home health experience, knowledge of OASIS and ICD-10, CPR competency, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the state of employment
- Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited program, preferred
- Two (2) years of home health experience, required
- Knowledge of OASIS and ICD-10 coding
- Knowledge of state, federal including laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Possess and maintain valid CPR Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test
- Effective communication, ethical practice and able to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Excellent organization and able to multi-task and prioritize assignments and duties
- Highly attentive to detail and independent
- Able to adapt to change
- Access to reliable transportation
