Job Summary
Branch Manager leads branch performance, drives loan growth and profitability, manages staff, and builds relationships with local retail partners. Responsible for supervising team members, ensuring proper credit extension and follow-up with past-due customers, delivering exceptional customer service, training staff on policies and procedures, and coordinating with Recruiting and District Supervisors to address staffing. The role requires managing the branch P&L, approving loans and branch expenses, and maintaining compliance and reporting, with emphasis on leadership, customer service, and strategic partnerships in consumer finance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage
- Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks
- College degree a plus
