Job Summary
Oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration. Recruit, train, and lead the sales team while working cross-functionally with other departments. Make strategic decisions based on trend analysis to identify profitable business opportunities and collaborate with the Branch Credit Manager to establish an appropriate account base. Maintain strong vendor relationships, leverage manufacturer information to market products and services, and champion a safety-oriented culture where all employees strictly follow safety protocols. Foster a positive work environment and develop future leaders. Requires a Bachelor's degree, prior industry leadership, and Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
- one to two years' related experience and/or training
- Prior leadership in industry
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Refined leadership skills, including managerial and supervisory experience, and drive to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and team
- Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
