Job Summary
Oversee branch operations, manage the profit and loss statement, and drive financial performance while building strategic relationships with internal partners and top customers to achieve market share goals. Lead and develop a high-performing team through mentoring, motivation, and clear direction, while visiting customer sites regularly to support sales representatives and reinforce value-selling principles. Analyze competitive strengths and weaknesses, identify performance improvement initiatives, and serve as the local company leader for the assigned territory. Uphold safety policies, maintain facility standards, and communicate effectively across departments to ensure strategic alignment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- College degree
- 5 years of related industry experience
- Management or supervisory experience
- 5 years of industry experience
- Ability to lead teams, manage customer relationships, and drive business performance
